1. Who helps the injured man?
In the parable in Luke 10:25–37, a Samaritan helps the man beside the road. He tends his wounds and arranges further care. There is more to notice than the name of a group: Jesus’ final question asks who acted as a neighbour. Read the whole conversation to keep the question and answer together.
2. What work do Simon and Andrew do?
Mark 1:16–20 describes Simon and Andrew as fishermen. Jesus calls them in an everyday setting. Knowing their occupation helps you place the scene. A further question is what it means in this story to begin a new journey together. That personal reflection has no automatically graded model answer.
3. What does Zacchaeus do after the encounter?
In Luke 19:1–10, Zacchaeus says he will give part of his possessions to people in need and make amends for wrongdoing. The story connects encounter with concrete change. It does not say that God’s care can be purchased. Notice the sequence of invitation, meeting and response as you read.
Learn from an incorrect answer
Look up the passage and identify exactly what you missed: a person, a sequence or the wider context. Explain the answer in your own sentence, then revisit the question another day. Memorising where an answer appears on a screen is less useful than understanding the text itself.
How this connects to Lumefide
Lumefide combines short lessons with different knowledge tasks and explanations, alongside optional prayer and reflection. Knowledge questions check lesson content; personal beliefs are not graded. The free faith journey and Plus have different access rules, explained on the home page. These three examples are freely available and do not require a purchase.
