Practical help for private data, iCloud, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, and Apple purchases.

Please protect your privacy. Do not send personal details about your faith, mood, journal, gratitude, or temptations by email or phone. For a technical report, the app version, iOS version, device model, the affected screen, and steps to reproduce are usually sufficient.
Close and reopen Lumefide, check that iOS is current, and note what happened immediately before the issue. Do not delete the app if you need to preserve device-only data. Include no sensitive entries in screenshots.
Notifications are optional. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Lumefide and the reminder choices inside Lumefide. Focus modes and system notification summaries can delay how a local notification appears.
Without available iCloud synchronization, personal entries exist only in Lumefide’s local database on that iPhone. Keep the device protected and avoid deleting the app before resolving a storage or transfer issue.
Use the same Apple Account on each supported device, confirm iCloud is available, and allow Lumefide to use iCloud. Apple explains how to change which apps sync with iCloud.
With Lumefide iCloud synchronization enabled, allow the old device to finish syncing before opening Lumefide on the new device. Without iCloud, Lumefide data may not transfer automatically. Keep the old device and contact support before deleting anything.
In Lumefide, open Profile → Settings (the gear) and choose “Delete all personal data.” A second confirmation is required. This removes app-managed local data; synchronized deletion is passed to private iCloud when enabled. Apple-controlled purchase history is separate.
Use “Restore purchases” in Lumefide while signed in to the Apple Account used for the subscription. Apple also provides help when an in-app purchase cannot be found or used.
Apple controls subscription management and cancellation. Follow Apple’s official instructions to view, change, or cancel subscriptions. Deleting Lumefide does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Refund eligibility and decisions are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s official process to request a refund.
The monthly plan is intended to have no free trial. For the annual plan, Apple may display a three-day trial when it confirms eligibility. The price, renewal terms, and any trial shown in Apple’s purchase view are authoritative. If the displayed offer is unexpected, do not confirm the purchase and contact support.
The second app tab shows all 100 lessons in ten chapters. Your answers about intention, everyday challenges, and experience help shape the order within chapters while keeping their foundations first. Profile → Adjust my journey changes the open route while keeping completed lessons, started sessions, and rewards. Lessons open exclusively in Journey; Today concentrates on your due goals and free check-in. Lessons combine illustrated reading with knowledge checks, matching and ordering exercises, everyday practices, prayer, or reflection. Their steps vary with the topic; helpful explanations support you after an incorrect answer. The prayer timer counts active time in the foreground and requires an explicit finish. The first three lessons are free and can be resumed on a later day. Lessons 4–100 require Plus. This content preview is separate from any subscription trial. Plus supports several lessons a day and deliberate repeats. After lesson 100, completed lessons remain available; no unfinished future lesson is advertised. Earlier journey history and private journal entries remain available.
Every completed chapter unlocks a badge, scenery, and garden ornament. Find earned items under Profile → Collection, equipment & shop. Closing a reward screen does not remove an earned reward. Light points can be spent on the displayed items, with ownership and balance stored locally and in supported private iCloud synchronization. Owned items do not require an active Plus subscription. A completed lesson or deliberate repeat counts as one learning day per calendar day. Seven actual learning days earn one pause shield, up to two; a shield bridges a missed day without adding XP or a learning day. The older daily check-in streak and its Plus restoration are separate.
Your goal ring counts only goals due today. Checking in does not require finishing them. After a matching completed prayer, you may explicitly link one due prayer goal. “I need help right now” on Today offers a voluntary, free pause, prayer, and small next action without saving a personal account of the moment. Existing habit tracking remains separate. This is not a professional or emergency service.
An eligible due goal earns 5 XP and 1 light point once per goal and local calendar day. Completing all due goals adds 20 XP and 5 light points once that day, never for an empty goal list. The first non-empty journal entry earns 10 XP. The two free daily tasks offer 10 bonus XP for a journal entry and 20 XP for a check-in. Editing, undoing, or recreating an entry does not reset a claimed daily reward. The optional “Share Lumefide” action awards 100 XP once after a completed share or link copy, not after merely opening or cancelling the sheet. No rating, review, recipient, or installation is verified.
Browse 20 different accessories plus wool colors. Trying on is free. An item’s level requirement unlocks buying with earned light points, not automatic ownership. Purchase and equip are separate; owned items remain usable without Plus. Introductory prices are labelled without inventing a previous price. Rainbow wool animates on visible Lumi figures and uses a static variant with Reduce Motion or resource-saving settings.
Habit and prayer/focus previews ask two short questions and let you try an isolated example. Example choices do not create real entries or rewards. A free user with completed onboarding may see one immediately closable Plus offer after a new app process starts, when access status and products are reliably available. Returning from the background does not show it again.
Turn on the reminder explicitly in the annual offer or Profile → Settings. iOS notification permission is separate from daily reminders. Only a confirmed eligible trial schedules it, 48 hours before the confirmed end. Opening the offer alone schedules nothing. Turning it off removes the pending reminder; iOS settings can delay or suppress delivery.
App Store buttons keep Apple campaign parameters for the TikTok Bio link. Lumefide measures installs only through Apple’s aggregated SKAdNetwork attribution. There is no TikTok pixel or SDK, IDFA access, or ATT prompt, and Lumefide sends no user, in-app event, or personal-content data directly to TikTok.
Standard Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets are free. If a widget is empty, open Lumefide once, then add or refresh the widget. The Goals widget shows your due-goal ring; the Learning Streak widget shows Lumi and actual learning days. Both offer small, medium, and large Home Screen layouts and supported Lock Screen layouts. Personal goal titles are not displayed. Profile → Settings → Widgets explains manual setup; iOS controls refresh timing. The separate 90-day reward widget unlocks only after that milestone is reached.
A Plus focus session can appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island when Live Activities are allowed. Custom focus titles are not shown there. Check iPhone Settings if the Live Activity does not appear.
